We ensure your home is 100% move-in ready - including appliance inspections, fresh paint and deep cleaning.
At The 925 Apartments, you do not need to be present - our service technicians will enter your apartment to perform the maintenance ticket and leave a copy of the ticket for your records.
Yes - we have a full staff of service technicians, and 24 hour emergency maintenance.
The residents of The 925 Apartments can submit a service ticket online through the resident portal, call the leasing office (202)759-2926 or stop by the 24-hour front desk.

There is an abundance of amenities at The 925 Apartments. Some of the amenities our residents enjoy include a rooftop sundeck with sweeping views, 24/7 front desk to help with package retrieval or anything else you need, fully equipped fitness center, 24-hour coinless laundry center, WiFi in the lobby, on-site Zip Car stations and 24-hour maintenance.
We have a no pets policy.
All apartments are equipped with standard appliances.  The studio apartments come with a full-size refrigerator and full-size gas range. The one bedroom apartments come with a full-size refrigerator, full-size gas range and dishwasher.
Yes. The covered parking lot rental is $225 per month and the outdoor parking rental is $175 per month.
Your completed application can usually be approved within 24-48 hours.
Residents may pay rent through the online resident portal using (Credit Card, Debit Card or ACH Draft).  The 925 Apartments also accepts personal and certified checks at the leasing office. 
Renters Insurance is required at The 925 Apartments for the duration of your lease agreement - contact the leasing office for more details.
Xfinity by Comcast is the service provider for The 925 Apartments.
Your utilities such as electric, gas and water are included in your rent. You may choose to set up services for cable tv and internet.
The 925 Apartments is in the Ward 2 school district, and we are also walking distance to The George Washington University.
From the Foggy Bottom-GWU Metro Station, head south on 23rd Street NW toward I Street NW. Turn right onto H Street NW. H Street NW turns right and becomes 25th Street NW, and The 925 Apartments will be on the right.
Yes - the Foggy Bottom Metro is less than three blocks from us.
The fitness center is open 7am-10pm. The rooftop sundeck is open from 7am-11pm.
